Aakashaganga is one of the most sacred waterfalls in Tirumala. In the past, Priests used to collect water from this waterfall to bathe Lord Venkateswara. Even though the pipelines are installed, priests still carry water on special occasions. Hence, devotees believe this waterfall is too sacred.
