- In 2022 Dasara festival starts on 26 September 2022 and ends on 05 October 2022.
26 September 2022, Monday:- ( Durga Devi)
On the first day of the Dasara festival, Goddess Durga Devi is decorated in Swarna Kavachalankritha Durga Devi alankaram. In Vijayawada temple, Goddess Durga Devi is draped in a Gold color saree and offered poojas.
27 September 2022, Tuesday: ( Bala Tripura Sundari)
On the second day of the festival Goddess, Durga Devi is decorated in Bala Tripura Sundari alankaram. Bala Tripura Sundari avatar is believed to be more powerful and glorious among all the avatars. Chanting Bala mantram and doing darshan of the goddess give eternal peace.
28 September 2022, Wednesday: ( Gayatri Devi)
On the third day, Goddess Durga Devi is decorated in Sri Gayatri Devi alankaram. Sri Gayatri Devi appears in 5 faces. According to Puranas, it is believed that Gayatri Devi is the goddess of Knowledge.
29 September 2022, Thursday: ( Sri Annapurna devi)
On the fourth day, Goddess Durga Devi is decorated in Annapurna Devi alankaram. It is believed that all souls will be provided with food by offering pooja to Annapurna Devi in the Navaratri festival.

Sri Lalitha Tripura Sundari Devi alankara appears on the fifth day and is also called Prashanta Roopa.

Sri Maha Lakshmi Devi is the supreme goddess of wealth and Goddess Durga Devi is decorated in Sri Maha Lakshmi alankara, on the sixth day of the Navaratri festival.
2 October 2022, Sunday: (Sri Saraswati Devi)
Sri Saraswati Devi is the Goddess of education and it is believed that students who offer prayers to Goddess Saraswathi can get good knowledge.
3 October 2022, Monday: ( Durga Devi)
Sri Durga Devi is one of the important avatars in the Navaratri festival, Eight days of the festival is also celebrated as Durga Ashtami and in some places, Ayudha pooja is performed.
4 October 2022, Tuesday: (Sri Mahishasura Mardhini Devi)
This avatar was formed when Goddess Durga Devi killed Mahishasura, a demon who used to threaten gods. By killing the demon Goddess Durga Devi obtained the name of Mahishasura Mardini Devi.
On the last day of the festival, Goddess appears in the form of Sri Raja Rajeshwari alankaram and gives blessings to the devotees.
