Tirupati to Tirumala Ghat Road Open Close Timings
Pilgrims can reach Tirumala either by road or by taking the pedestrian path. The length of Tirumala Ghat road is about 17.8 Kilometers. It is entirely covered by CCTV surveillance. The route for the ghat road is only open during certain times of the day to ensure the safety of the pilgrims.
- For Two-Wheelers, The timings are 4 AM – 11 PM.
- For Four Wheelers, RTC Buses, and other Vehicles – 3 AM – 11:59 PM.

- All Pilgrims must submit two doses of vaccination report along with an online ticket for darshan before entering the Ghat road Entry Point.
- Every Vehicle must register its entry time at the Alipiri Ghat road entry point.
- All Two- Wheelers must wear helmets.
- All tobacco products, alcohol, fireworks, Non- veg, and weapons are banned from carrying inside the vehicle.
- All the vehicles will be thoroughly checked at the security points and all devotees must keep in mind to avoid carrying the above-mentioned items.
- Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking spots
- It is highly recommended to plan your trip early at least 3 hours before the Seva or Darshan to enjoy a smooth ride and to avoid Overtaking vehicles Sharp turns or bends and Speeding.
- The restricted seating capacity must be followed strictly to avoid accidents.
- Pilgrims can travel in their own vehicles or they can hire cabs of up to 12-person seating capacity.
