It is often said that the statue that can be seen within the Panakala Narasimha Swamy Temple is a manifestation of Swambhu. The only visible feature of the idol’s face is its gaping mouth since it is covered by a metal mask that conceals the rest of the face. The height of the temple’s tower is 153 feet, and it has 11 stairs and several wonderful sculptures. In addition, the tower is fairly tall. Raja Vasireddi Venkatadri Naidu was the person in charge of its construction between the years 1807 and 1809. He oversaw the project throughout that time.
