  3. At this stage, you should gift the gods things like sandalwood, oil, akshat, durva, doop, and lamps.
  4. Chant the mantras for Mata Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha.
  5. Present the Bhog (flowers) to God at this time.
  6. Based on what you can afford, give what you can.

We must give Arghya Pradhana (Holy Water) to Surya Narayana Swamy Lord Sun in a brass pot early in the morning. I advise you to perform Maa Sharda or Maa Saraswati puja on Labh Pancham if you somehow missed doing so on Diwali. Don’t forget to pray to Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi today when you reopen your stores, or business, or embark on a new project. In your prayers, ask for virtue, welfare, wealth, life, and health.

I encourage all the women to worship the Goddess Lakshmi at the threshold of the house. Additionally, you must decorate the main entrance with Swastika and light diyas there. The husband is regarded as the woman’s Saubhagya, hence married ladies should apply Lal Tilak to their partner’s forehead. The disorganized and carried relationships are best reaffirmed on this day, therefore you must let go of the past and forge new relationships with those to whom you have cut ties.
