The Vishnu Nivasam pilgrim accommodation complex is located opposite to the tirupati railway station.The Vishnu Nivasam is just 100m to 150m from the APSRTC CENTRAL BUS STATION.It is just a 5 to 6 min walk from the bus station.Which is very close for the pilgrims. The pilgrims and the devotees should have to create their account on the website.To ensure their banking safely the pilgrims should check the details that they had provided very clearly. The photograph of the pilgrim should be uploaded in the account information. Pilgrims should be aware of the rooms because the rooms are to be released 60 days in prior of the darshan dates of the respective month.The pilgrims are requested to book their rooms very soon after the rooms have been released in the website in order to ensure a comfortable stay in the complex.For one login i.e for one account only one room is allocated for the 60 days .
After 60 days it is possible to book another room in the complex.The pilgrim whose details are mentioned in the room confirmation, that the pilgrim only is allowed to take the room in the complex.
Room cancellation and Room transfer is not encouraged and not allowed.
If found then the termination of their room will take place. And that room is allocated to another pilgrim.The booking details of the person who booked the room should be there and those details should be produced in the reception in the vishnu nivasam in order to get the keys of the booked room. The caution deposit amount will be charged during the allotment of the room. A receipt will be provided after the room is allocated for the pilgrim.The pilgrim should be sure that the receipt provided is safe until the room vacation.

Room allotment extension in Vishnu Nivasam:
One-day extension of the room can be done on the ground floor of the complex with the same tariff. For the extension of the room, the pilgrim has to inform the concerned staff at the reception in advance. Double rent will be charged if the pilgrim stays beyond 2 days. This double rent is charged to avoid the misuse of the rooms. The room is allocated for the pilgrim who booked through their account on the above-mentioned official website of the TIRUMALA TIRUPATI DEVASTHANAMS – TTD. Change in the room or the room cancellation is unavailable.
If the room is allocated then the pilgrim should stay there or in utmost emergency cases, the pilgrim should contact the concerned staff at the Vishnu nivasam to cancel the booked room without any delay.
