The front door of Lord Vittala’s Temple may be entered either from the direction of the Chandrabhaga or the Bhima River. Namadev and Chokamela’s Samadhi may be found just beside the entrance. After offering their prayers to the Devotees, the Pilgrims will next enter the temple. The first shrine that can be seen within the temple is a modest one dedicated to Ganesh. Following that is a modest hall that serves as the location for bhajan performances.
A humble shrine dedicated to the god’s Garuda and Hanuman. Then, when we have climbed a few more stairs, we will be able to view Lord Vittala’s face. This Mukha Darshan is available to us at any time, and we do not need to wait in queue for it. There is a door that may be entered to reach the waiting area for Padha Darshan, also known as “To touch the Lotus Feet of Lord.”
This waiting area is located outside the temple. It will go to a large number of Bhaktas’ personal shrines, and eventually, it will lead toward Lord Panduranga. We are able to reach out and touch the Lord’s feet. When we touch the Lotus feet of the Lord, we feel the most at peace. There are Shrines for Rukmini Devi, Satyabhama Devi, Radhika Devi (Rahi), Lord Narasimha, Lord Venkateshwara, Goddess Mahalakshmi, Nagaraj, Ganesha, Annapoorna Devi.
In one of the other mandaps, all of the devotees engage in games similar to those that Krishna had played with the Gopikas. It is a fantastic learning opportunity.
